Modern communication solutions such as 5G, 6G, IoT and radar systems can be conceptually designed, evaluated and specifically optimized. New system architectures can be reviewed early in the development process, and different solution approaches can be compared efficiently. This creates a reliable basis for decision-making before cost-intensive hardware is built.<\/p><p>Using our simulations, we analyze how individual component characteristics affect the behavior of the overall system. Linear and nonlinear effects are taken into account, as well as impedance matching, reflections and system-related interference signals. Link budgets can be created and verified to realistically assess range, signal quality and signal stability. Integrated tuning and optimization capabilities allow critical parameters to be adjusted in a targeted way and different operating conditions to be examined efficiently.<\/p><p>In addition, system simulation can be combined with real hardware using signal-processing blocks. This enables an end-to-end view of the system, from the signal source through to evaluation. Individual subfunctions can be integrated and verified during development, allowing theoretical models to be directly compared with real-world characteristics. Using libraries based on the latest communication standards, we can also implement systems that do not yet exist in practice.
