Using advanced simulation tools, printed circuit boards, antennas, signal transitions and complete assemblies can be analyzed under realistic conditions. Planar simulations also enable the precise calculation of trace structures, coupling effects and losses on PCBs or substrates. In addition, three-dimensional simulations allow more complex geometries, housings, connectors and multi-chip modules to be examined in detail.<\/p>\n<p>We identify critical effects early and optimize them in a targeted way. These include, for example, signal transitions between different technologies, vias in printed circuit boards and unwanted coupling between assemblies. We also analyze and visualize antenna radiation and far-field behavior. Surface currents can also be made visible, making electromagnetic relationships easier to understand and optimization potential directly identifiable. This supports the efficient and targeted development of high-performance systems.<\/p>\n<p>The results of electromagnetic simulations can be seamlessly combined with measurements as well as circuit and system simulations. CAD data and 3D models can be imported and processed directly using common formats such as STEP, SAT, IGES, or DXF. We then compare the results with real measurement data, allowing models to be validated and developments to be verified.
