What You Bring
- Commercial training or professional experience as an administrative clerk or office specialist
- Knowledge of accounting
- A good head for numbers
- Independent, accurate, and efficient way of working
- Good MS Office skills and an interest in managing social media and website content
- German and English, spoken and written; French speaking skills are an advantage
Your Area of Responsibility
- Accounting: accounts receivable/accounts payable, payment runs, VAT statements
- Collaboration with CEO, assistance, administration, and marketing
- Social media and website content
